Each time I trying to clean Joomla cache with Cache Cleaner I getting this error

Cache could not be cleaned

ok, I tried to find the reason of this problem and used this URL

administrator/index.php?cleancache=1

So, I got this:

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near '.`20`' at line 1



What's next? How to fix the problem?

Switched on Error Reporting to 'Maximum' and 'Development'.
No result.
Same error, as in screenshot above.

Hmmm...
I really don't know why.
For many months after clicking on the "Clean cache" button, an error was displayed at the top of the page on a red background line.
I even reinstalled plugin to fix problem, but without success.
Also with URL administrator/index.php?cleancache=1 I was getting error from screenshot above.
Ok, let it be.
But it's very strange how it was fixed by itself...

I only updated Joomla to the last version 20 seconds ago.
