Upgrading to Joomla 4, Regular Labs Library

Hi,

I'm upgrading to Joomla 4 and it shows me that Regular Labs Library is not compatible. The files that are there when I search for Regular Labs are:
Regular Labs Library - Package (23.7.24631)
Regular Labs Library - Library (23.7.24631)
System - Regular Labs Library - Plugin (23.7.24631)

I'm wondering first, is that a component/plugin that is part of Joomla, I wanted to remove it since I don't see anything else attached to it. I know I have used cache cleaner in the past but can't see it there anymore when I search for it. Thank you in advance.
