Cannot download extension tooltip pro

Hello,
i just tried to download the tooltippro extension V8.4.
I only get an empty window as I try with Firefox. On Chrome an Edge I get an 500 error - site cannot handle the request.
What do I do wrong?

Hello Peter,
I logged in into my account, clicked on downloads than on Tooltip and the little window with the download button pops up.
I got this link:
As result I get an empty window.

I tried again and it does not work, sorry.
I tried to download the dwonload extension manager and it works fine. I immediately get offered the download file.
But not with the Pro version of tooltips.
I tried again with Edge, Chrome and FF.

I downloaded the extension manager and it works with this.

Same problem (500) with all extension except ExtensionManager

Problem exists with the Pro versions of extensions
