CDN for Joomla 6.7.0 Doesn't work

hello. I updated this but it fails to load CDN. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything but I get the same issue it doesn't change any media to cdn and instead display default joomla media path.

I also changed the order of plugin to recommended settings: Please make sure this plugin is ordered as late as possible (after any other system plugins, but before the cache and SEO plugins)

I think this is a bug. Also i should mention i am using joomla 4.2.9 and I tried to refresh cache.

no sign that any media path changes to cdn whether it be images, javascript or css...

I've updated the plugin to version 6.7.1 (free version) and it simply ceased to work. The version 6.6.4 worked perfectly. I've already checked/saved the configuration (it seems there have been changes in the config params).

I've installed the latest version of Joomla! : 4.3.0
