The IP address is not blocked on the server, so at most it could be in the firewall.
This is updated once every 4 hours based on multiple black and spam lists.
However, from some tests, I suspect that it is on the side of marangone.fr.
A traceroute shows that the connection continues right before their network:
[root@vps0216 ~]# mtr -nrc5 109.234.164.74

This could be because the ping protocol is disabled, but also a curl from us doesn't work:
[regularlabs@vps0216 public_html]$ curl -sIL https://marangone.fr
^C
In fact, I can't connect on any of the common ports:
[root@vps0216 public_html]# telnet marangone.fr 443

We would therefore like to receive a traceroute from the host of marangone.fr to your VPS.
We would also like to hear what this party bases the conclusion on that it is on our side.
Maybe we can get more information from that 🙂
