Misalignment of Index

Hi Team,

We are using Regular Labs for Indexing. We have multiple heading in our article.
Unfortunately, while placing the {index} in the document. The Index list not appeared in a proper way
there was unwanted space between index points and font size become smaller for some of the index

Please help to solve this issue
