Cache Cleaner - Error 500

Пламен's Avatar Пламен
After installing Cache Cleaner v8.2.1 (Free)
When an article is opened for editing (with JCE) and I press 'Save':

HTTP 500 Whoops, it looks like something went wrong.
Attempted to load class "TemplatesComponent" from namespace "Joomla\Component\Templates\Administrator\Extension".
Did you forget a "use" statement for another namespace?

Exceptions 2
xxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_templates/services/provider.php:47
Failed opening required 'xxx/public_html/administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php81/root/usr/share/pear')

Joomla 4.2.3
PHP 8.1.x
Template - Child of Cassiopeia

Plugin 'System - Page Cache' if OFF

Some additional code in .htaccess may be involved in this error, but I'm not sure.

Does the error remain after clearing the cache (manually if necessary).
Also delete the contents of the administrator/cache folder...

Yes, same error after performing suggested actions.
Manually cache clearing doesn't remove the following items (or they are immediately recreated, not sure) -
_media_version
_system
com_plugins

All inside 'administrator/cache' folder was deleted except index.html

As I said this error appears after pressing 'Save' when editing an article, but I didn't check any other scenarios yet.
After refreshing the browser administrative section is shown normally, so this error disappears just by browser refresh.
The article is saved normally, the error is mostly annoying.

EDIT: When switching off plugin 'System - Regular Labs - Cache Cleaner', same error is shown, but for the last time.

Try changing the order of the system plugins, placing Cache Cleaner more to the end.

Moved to the end of system plugins to no avail.
On the other hand, Cache Cleaner is working without such an error on localhost under XAMPP for Windows, same Joomla 4.2.3, PHP 8.1.6 and the same number of running plugins.
So the problem could be in server configuration probably.

If you need me to look into it, can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?
And tell me on what steps I need to make to reproduce the issue.

Just open any article and try to 'Save and Close', in case no error on the first attempt, try to add space character anywhere in the article (just to be not visible to users) and 'Save and Close'.
Peter van Westen's Avatar Peter van Westen ADMIN
Can you also give me (s)ftp access so I can take a deeper look?

Thank you! So far no errors. I will revoke your access within a day. Ask me if you want to check anything else.
Peter van Westen's Avatar Peter van Westen ADMIN
Should be good now. So you can revoke the access.

The fix will be included in the next release.
