Site is running Joomla 3.10.11 and I'm trying to update PHP from 7.4.30 to 8.0.23. Site is rendering without recognizing the Modules Anywhere syntax and displaying the text calls instead. See attached

Are you using Modules Anywhere inside a module? Switch on the Prepare Content option in that module.
Also when using multiple plugins in combination, the system plugin ordering is important.
