Tabs "Condition and Notes" missing at AMM

Hi,

After update to J4 we first went to latest version on J3 as described.

But after the update and installing it again through the extension manager it didn't worked so we also have to delete these folders:
/plugins/system/regularlabs
/libraries/regularlabs

And after install the AMM 2 or 3 times to came back again.
So now we see it's back for example because we see colour which you can filter and that's not possible with the core Joomla Manager.

But when we open a module we are missing the tabs "Condition and Notes"
Also installing latest dev version 9.4 didn't help.

I found out that a couple AMM extensions where disabled.
After enabling 4 extensions fromm AMM everything was fine.
