Just updated my site to Joolma 4. Upgraded my Advanced Module Manager Pro and inputted the code. Keep getting the error message: Your Download Key seems to be invalid. You can find your Download Key under Download Keys on the Regular Labs website after logging in.
I check the Download keys on the Regular Labs Download Keys and it states:
Here you can see on what domain names this download key has been used.
There might be something interferring with the script that tries to load the URL to check the code.
Probably some error in that URL call.
Can you give me (super) admin access so I can take a look?
You can use the 'Confidential information' button in the forum editor to hide sensitive information.

The Download Key you have entered does not belong to your account, but is issued to you by someone else.
You probably know who, I won't name them here.
And they seem to have deleted that download Key.
So you should ask them about it.
Or, seeing you have your own subscription, create and use your own Download Key.
I did create my own account because of that very purpose.
I have entered:
Confidential information:
(hidden)
and saved it multiple time, but I believe its not saving on my site and reverting to the Key you are commenting on. Do we need to delete the plug in and reinstall fresh since there was an upgrade from the original version with the key that you are seeing?
I would say would like you to enter it yourself into the plugin and save it, cause it seems to me it doesnt save and keeps the old download key
Confidential information:
(hidden)
.
Please advise what steps we should take at this point. I appreciated the help and support you are giving, thank you.
Can you first install the new version of the Regular Labs Extension Manager? You still have the J3 version installed. Maybe that is causing the issue...
