Hi,
we have the problem, if the CDN plugin is enabled the cdn dont get the newest css version. But i have the option fileversions on yes, so it should be take the newest files, but it always will be just the cached version loaded. Do you know how can i delete the CDN cache or solve that problem on other way?

This is something you should ask your CDN provider about.
CDN for Joomla! just changes your media URLs to the CDN equivalents.
How your CDN server deals with those, is down to your CDN provider.
