Hi Peter,
After updating to Joomla 4 we get this error!
We have install al the new joomla 4 extensions and delete the extension manager.
What do we have to do to fix this error?

Try re-installing Articles Anywhere.

We had no Article Anywhere installed.
But after installing we get this error!

Articles Anywhere cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.

I am not sure why that is happening on your setup. It looks like files or folders are not being overwritten correctly.
Try deleting these folders:(You will get other errors now).
Then reinstall the latest version of a RL extension you installed.

After deleting the folders the issue was still not fixed.
But after installing DB Replacer the issue was solved!

So it looks like there are some issues on your server with folder/file write permissions.

Did you also remove those folders and try to re-install?
Your site is behind a server password, so I can't check anything.
