Regular Labs Library plugin is not enabled

It looks like there is an issue with folder/file write permissions.

Try deleting these folders:

/plugins/system/regularlabs
/libraries/regularlabs

(You will get other errors now).

Then reinstall the latest version of the extension you installed.

Regular Labs Library plugin is outdated. Try to re-install Advanced Module Manager. Advanced Module Manager cannot function.

Then I tried to delete:

/plugins/system/regularlabs
/libraries/regularlabs

After that, I updated to the latest extension manager from Regular Labs, but the issue persists. This happened once I upgraded from Joomla version 3.8.13 to 3.9.0.

The server uses PHP version 7.0.29.

Any ideas of how to fix it?

Please check the Extensions > Manage > Discover screen in your Joomla administrator.
Probably you have half installed extensions there.

Hi again,

Discover extensions that have not gone through the normal installation process.

No Matching Results

There are not any unusual installation. The regular labs extensions were working fine until I update to the Joomla last version.

I have no idea what happened 🙁 . It's a weird behavior from Joomla or the server or anything, the site now is running perfectly, but trust me, I was breaking my head by trying to solve the issue... I deleted cookies, deleted cache files, every normal step to fix it. Then I came to the support forum since I didn't find the solution... and now everything works as expected.
I appreciate your time and I apologize for wasting it (your time).

Hi Peter,

Deleting the folders you mentioned earlier

/plugins/system/regularlabs
/libraries/regularlabs

and reinstalling the Sourcerer extension fixed a similar error I was receiving after the latest Joomla 4 update.

Just wanted to say thank you for this sir!

Error: Sourcerer cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.

Solution: remove folders /plugins/system/regularlabs and /libraries/regularlabs
then reinstall Sourcerer

Versions:
Joomla 4.0.5
Sourcerer 9.0.3PRO

I have exactly the same problem :
Regular Labs Library plugin is not enabled. Sourcerer cannot function.
Deleting the folders you mentioned earlier don't work.
I have repeating this and this and this, It doesn't work.
