When accessing the Front End Link dropdown on sites, all of the URLS work for various other options, however the Home page currently picks up the administrator URL for the page you're on - it does not open the home page for the site in a new window.



Screenshot shows user in Acymailing menu, but problem also found when editing Articles.

To replicate:
- Content > Articles > edit an article
- Go to the Better Front End Link dropdown in the toolbar
- Look at the links as you hover over the items in the dropdown - all will be front end links
- Hover or click on the Homepage item at the bottom of the menu - link will not take you to home page, but to a new tab with the page you're currently on.

Though when I go to download the Development Release I end up with a 42 byte file.zip file, so not sure what's going on there. Tried via chrome and firefox.
