Error Code: 1064 ... error in SQL syntax

Dear Regular Labs Support,

After upgrading to the latest version of Articles Anywhere, I am encountering the following error on Joomla article pages where I invoke Articles Anywhere:

Error Code: 1064
Message: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 5.

This issue occurs when the Articles Anywhere system plugin is enabled. When I disable the plugin, my articles load correctly without any errors.

Please enable debug mode to see where the error is coming from.
If you cannot figure it out, can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?
You can use the 'Confidential information' button in the forum editor to hide sensitive information.
