When that error appears, it means that something is trying to add scripts or styles after the head of the page is already rendered. Articles Anywhere itself doesn't load any scripts or styles. So probably some other plugin that is triggered after Articles Anywhere has placed the article.

Try to figure out what extension is trying to add those scripts/styles. Check your error logs...

Try changing the system plugin ordering of the plugins in question.

Also, if you use Articles Anywhere in a module, which in turn calls extensions that need to add scripts and styles, switch on the Prepare Content option in that module.
