Joomla! 4.03 Download keys

Hello Peter,

I have setup a dev server in order to test (get in toutch) with the new Joomla! 4.03 version (on production we still use Joomla! 3.10.2)

I have Uploaded your J4 extensions, available (Pro version) :
- Article Anywhere
- Snippets
- Sourcerer
- Quick index

When I enter our Download key (global package key) it does not accept it...

What should I do ?

Can you give me (super) admin access so I can take a look?
You can use the 'Confidential information' button in the forum editor to hide sensitive information.

Hi Peter,

When I try to see if there is an update for the extensions I'll get those error messages :

Translation : The site cannot access the URLs...

Have I missed something ?
Maybe this is the reason why I cannot enter the Download Key...

Great that you can reproduce the issue, we do not have an sftp account created on our sites...

So this is caused by an update in Let's Encrypt SSL certificates on hosts. And Joomla using outdated certificate checks.
The fixes for this have been merged into Joomla. But Joomla will have to release a new version, and you will need to update, before this all starts working again.
it sucks and is completely out of my control.
