Cannot install extension

Bill Schnute's Avatar Bill Schnute
I just tried to install:

advancedmodulemanager-v10.1.1-pro.zip
cachecleaner-v9.5.0-pro.zip
extensionmanager-v9.0.2.zip

They did not show up in my components list like they do on other sites.

I also received a lot of error when upgrading to joomla 5.2
"Refresh Manifest Cache failed: plg_privacy_actionlogs Extension is not currently installed. Refresh Manifest Cache failed: plg_privacy_consents Extension is not currently installed."

How do I get these extensions installed?
This is on: lapeercountyconcertchoir.com/

Are these new installs? Or did you already have them installed?
Did you upgrade the extensions to the latest available for that Joomla version before upgrading Joomla?

I may have had them installed back in joomla 3 or 4

So probably things were not uptodate or uninstalled before you upgraded Joomla.

I recommend you delete any folders and files of the extensions in these locations:
/administrator/components
/plugins/actionlog
/plugins/editors-xtd
/plugins/system

And remove the entries in the _extensions database table that refer to the extensions.
Also remove the database table _advancedmodules

Then install the newest versions again.

Of course: first make backups.

OK - thanks you extensions are installed - but I seem to have a little glitch.

When I try to access the modules page from joomla5 Home dashboard I get an error:
An error has occurred.

404 Component not found.

When I try it with debug on, I get:
**An error has occurred.**
404 **Component not found.**

5 Joomla\CMS\Application\CMSApplication->execute() JROOT/administrator/includes/app.php:58

How do I proceed?

Try reinstalling Advanced Module Manager. Do you get any errors?
