I am in the process of upgrading from Joomla 3 to Joomla 5. I noticed the "category column" doesn't appear as it did in Joomla 3. I can filter on it, but it doesn't show up in the table list.

I have attached screenshots of my J3 View and J5 View. I am also attaching a screenshot of the admin options where I think I have them set correctly.

That fixed it!
