Hi,
I upgraded a website from 3 to 4. Deinstalled advanced module manager and reinstalled it after the update.
Everything works fine but after installing a module I get this strange screen.

When I click on add group nothing happes.
What could this be?

Just found it out as I had another error:
Error 0 - 3 arguments are required, 2 given
After a google search it seemed the language pack plugin.. After updating that error was solved and also the conditional fields error in advanced module manager.
Never thought language packs could really break stuff ...

Yeah, it is pretty terrible that Joomla can break on language issues (and other stuff that shouldn't cause fatal errors).
I'd call it a bug in Joomla.
