Access levels: it doesn't seem to work on my site

Daniele's Avatar Daniele
Hi,
I have a problem with "conditional content" (4.0.0PRO) for Joomla 4 (4.1.5).
I have set up some modules to be seen by users of a certain access level, but unfortunately the modules continue to be seen by everyone. If I disable the extension and use the joomla core feature to achieve the same purpose, then it works.
I used: Access levels -> Include -> My access level, trying "Match All" on both "Yes" and "No", but it doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you.
Regards,
Daniele

Template in use: Joomshaper Helix Ultimate 2.0.10

One of the modules that should not be seen by those who are not logged in is present in the left column, before the google calendar, where it says "Sportello psicologico d'ascolto". The module is called "Left webmaster". But there are others ...

I guess you mean Advanced Module Manager, not Conditional Content.

Conditional Content does not control modules.

This means that I made the wrong purchase. I purchased "Conditional content" in order to get help from you. I thought that was the extension that controls the viewing conditions. Can you still help me with "Advanced Module Manager" (of which I have the free version)?
I don't understand why, despite having set the condition "Include access group" (but I also tried with "Exclude all other access groups), the modules continue to be seen by everyone, even by users who are not logged in.
If you could help me anyway ...
Thank you

If none of the conditions seem to work, it is probably down to an incompatibility with the Joomshaper template.
See if all works as expected when using the Joomla core template...

Thanks for your help!
I set Cassiopeia as the default template, I published the "Left webmaster" module (which contains the condition "Include Access level "webmaster"") in the sidebar-left position and the login module in the sidebar-right position.
The module can be seen even if you are not logged in.
I don't understand...

Can you also give me (s)ftp access so I can take a deeper look?

It looks like you are using Modules Anywhere to place the module directly.
It is not placed through the normal module positions.

By default Modules Anywhere ignores any assignments/conditions.
You can change this behavior in the Modules Anywhere system plugin settings.

For the "Left webmaster" module I used the normal "Position" module function (see image 1).
The System - Module Anywhere plugin settings are now what you see in image 2, but the problem seems to remain.
