Hi Peter,
The fef fof libraries are no longer used for reguarlabs extensions compatible with joomla 4.1, correct?
Are these files related to joomla 3 or joomla 4.1 and do they need to be left in the joomla 4.1 install?

After migrating to joomla 4.1 I am trying to clean up any old joomla 3 files that might have been left behind.

The Regular Labs extensions never used FEF or FOF.
Upon installation of the Regular Labs extensions on Joomla 4, it should remove any redundant files and folders automatically.
Hover, there was something missing, so some folders did not get deleted. They will be with next releases.
You can safely delete these entire folders:
Forum
FEF and FOF akeeba joomla 4.1
