Hi
I try to change Modules with URL's.
Slider 1 {loadposition slider1} should load automatically on the start page:
Then the modules should change according to the links which are used.
These are my settings (example slider2)
Mouse over shows me the correct URL
But when i click on it i get this:
Maybe I didn't get the concept right?

You are now just linking to a random URL and expect Joomla to make that URL work.
You can't just add something after the slash and have it work. That in itself has nothing to do with Advanced Module Manager.
I recommend you make your links use URL parameters. Joomla will ignore those if it isn't something that is used in the router.
For instance:

You could assign it to that page and then exclude from URLs that contain "?show=".
