Ok thanks for update..do you have any tips how to update to Joomla 4 and disable all the settings you have done with AMM?

Can you export and import these settings so you can reuse them after when updating Joomla 4 and AMM for Joomla 4 ?

There is no import/export function in Advanced Module Manager.
When Advanced Module Manager for Joomla 4 will be ready, it will convert the assignments it finds in the database (from the J3 version) to the new conditions approach.
In the meantime you can just have the AMM plugin disabled. But any changes in assignments to modules you make in the Joomla core module manager will not be saved in the AMM assignments.
