I have no idea what you mean.
Can you explain your question/issue?

When I try to insert a template in an article, nothing happens. It is inserted.

I guess you mean it is not inserted?

Can you give me (super) admin access so I can take a look?
You can use the 'Hidden text' button in the forum editor to hide the confidential information.

Looks like something on your server is blocking the call to the url that gets the template content.
Maybe some firewall extension on your Joomla setup or you server.

Check your browser's console to get more info about the javascript error(s).

PS: You still have some very old extensions installed, like an old Modules Anywhere. Try to keep everything uptodate.

The url the script is trying to load in via ajax is returning a 403 (Forbidden).
However, that url works just fine when called on directly in the browser.

This looks like a server issue. You can see you have similar issues in the "Install from Web" tab in the Joomla extension manager: the url call gets blocked.
Best to ask your host if they can see why it gets blocked. It is probably down to a mod_security setting on the server.
