Cloudfront & CORS policy on some images

Aram's Avatar Aram
Dear support,

So I have the strangest thing ever. When enabling Cloudfront CDN some images work, and some don't. And there doesn't seem to be a logic behind it..

Do you know how to fix this problem?

All the best,

Seems like you are mixing https and http urls.

This is something you will have to ask Cloudfront support about. As this is outside the control of CDN for Joomla!

Hi Peter,

Sorry for the disturbance! I figured it out... Or at least, I've fixed it.

Turns out I send the wrong headers to Cloudfront with some faulty settings (not sure what the faulty settings were though...). But those files were in the Cache of Cloudfront (AWS), which were the reason that some files worked and some didn't!

After cleaning the cache (invalidating is how they called it), I managed to get everything working again!
