Is there any way to totally disbar / block a subfolder from being syced

irlabs's Avatar irlabs
I have a one major issue otherwise the product is brilliant.

I have my domain www.mydomain.com which is a Joomla site with CDN installed

I have a folder unrelated to Joomla www.mydomain.com/supportboard

I have a 2 line script that pulls in the chat box from the software installed in /supportboard

If I have CDN disabled it works fine, moment its on it wont work.

Any ideas?

So looks like whatever scripts you have there don't like to be served via CDN. Either ask your CDN provider about this, or ignore the files in the CDN for Joomla! system plugin settings.

I have added them into the Ignore File part in several ways

/supportboard/include/init.php,/supportboard/js/min/jquery.min.js,/supportboard/js/init.js,/supportboard/js/main.js,/supportboard/css/min/main.min.css,/httpsupportboard/js/init.js,/httpssupportboard/js/init.js

/supportboard

/init.php

But they never do get ignored as when loading the site, looking at the code view it still shows cloudfront...

Well, you can't serve php files through the CDN for starters.
Do you have this online so I can take a look?
