After upgrading to Joomla 4 I can't seem to get the Extension Manager to work.
I've installed the latest version (8.3.0) but still receive this error.
I've tried installing Advanced Module Manager and other install packages, and deleting the /plugins/system/regularlabs and/libraries/regularlabs and reinstalling but no luck.
Hoping you can help get things running.

Uninstall the Regular Labs Library package and reinstall Advanced Module Manager.
